The final guideline for developing accessible web pages is that EVERY web page in your site should have contact information for a user who is having trouble or has additional questions.
This guideline requires:
- That the contact information be a for a unversity employee (not a student)
- The contact does not have to be the person who maintains your web site but should know who does and how to contact them if there are problems
- The contact information should be present on EVERY page, not just the home page
- The contact should NOT be the UW-L web master as they cannot appropriately answer questions about your department or organizational unit
